PROJECT: IF THE SONG HAS BEEN HEARD THERE ONCE, IT WILL BE HEARD AGAIN. The goal of the project is to create integrated multimedia and Internet presentation of the most prominent folk songs of Bulgaria.

Dates: December 2002 - present.

Grant organizations: National Culture Fund of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Partnering institutions: “Bulgarian Multimedia Company”, Sofia, Hi-Tech Business Incubator AC, Gabrovo, “David Holding,” Stara Zagora.

Places of implementation of the project: Bulgaria.

Target groups: everybody interested in the Bulgarian folklore music, foreign official guests and representatives, Bulgarian embassies abroad, foreign embassies in Bulgaria, foreign cultural institutions and NGOs, the Ministry of Culture, libraries, universities, media.

Sustainability of the project: The CD will be distributed via the Bulgarian cultural institutions in Bulgaria and abroad; the web portal will turn into one of the channels for advertising the Bulgarian cultural product. After the end of the project it will be supported by “David Holdings” Company.
