17.11.2017FINANCE-GO Project started with an energizing kick-off meeting in Barcelona
Amalipe Center representatives participated in the kick-off meeting of "FINANCE-GO Project Training educators to Financial Literacy Courses for young adults at risk", that took place in Barcelona between November 13-14, 2017. Partners from six different countries worked on the details and processes of the project for two days. Group also had a chance to visit the Learning Community Adult School La Verneda-St. Martí.
During the Kick - off meeting Desislava Stefanova presented Amalipe Center activities and Antoaneta Docheva, a primary teacher, shared the experience of Vladimir Komarov Secondary school in Veliko Tarnovo. The school is part of the Amalipe network and implements activites to prevent dropout of students and to motivate Roma students to continue their education.
During the meeting, participants discussed the details of project implementation and management, as well as changes in outputs and budget.
The FINANCE -GO Project deepens the know-how, developed within the Edufin project. It aims at developing Guide for educators on how to carry out Financial literacy classes, and provides training for educators.
